Blood Pressure And Diabetes Reading

1. Normal→ (Reading) less than 120 mm Hg diastolic: less than 80 mm Hg

1. At Risk (prehypertension)→ (Reading) 120–139 mm Hg diastolic: 80–89 mm Hg

1. High Blood Pressure (hypertension)→ (Reading) 140 mm Hg or higher diastolic: 90 mm Hg or higher.

A blood sugar level less than 140 mg/dL  is normal.
A reading of more than 200 mg/dL after two hours indicates diabetes.
A reading between 140 and 199 mg/dL  indicates prediabetes.
